We are always on the hunt for talented full-stack engineers of any proficiency: Working Students, Juniors and Seniors. Depending on your experience we surely have different benchmarks on your skills and overall profile. But independently from your experience we are looking for the same traits.
- You are excited about the domain of employee experience, recognition, incentives, e-learning and gamification.
- You are passionate about backend and frontend development and closely related areas like user experience and design.
- You are constantly expanding your horizon - learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies.
- You have at least some hands on experience with modern frontend technologies, we work with typescript, react, Next.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails and GraphQL (similar technologies are also fine - our expectations grow with the proficiency of the role you apply for)
- You are intrinsically motivated to learn and improve as a person, alongside your team. We give a lot of autonomy and freedom to all our team members, which comes at the price of a sense of responsibility to plan your days and weeks, to push objectives forward and bring in your own ideas.

About us
We are a small team of ambitious digital creatives aiming to revolutionize the employee experience of our customers from all over Europe. Our products empower organisations to define well thought incentives structures and peer to peer recognition for their staff.
We are an organically growing team with only 15 people currently. We have a very flat hierarchy where everyone has a say independently from their role and experience. Our core values are transparency, teamwork, authenticity, refinement, openness, diversity, humanness and innovation. We are looking for long term relationships with our employees which means we want everyone to identify with our values.
Buben & Mädchen is our beloved partner with whom together we are crafting all our products. They are located in Mainz which is our second co-working space, besides Saarbrücken. Even tho we offer full remote positions we very much appreciate when everyone comes together for at least the team events we host regularly. These are events like "Learn & Lunch", Strategy Workshops and most importantly once a year a whole weekend in the blue all together.
